Settlement Eligibility is a workflow status reached when predefined conditions established by counterparties have been satisfied according to applicable workflow rules.

Settlement Eligibility does not itself constitute:

  • movement of funds;
  • transfer of assets;
  • custody of property;
  • legal entitlement;
  • settlement execution by SendGlobe.
