CORE PRINCIPLE

1. Deterministic Execution.

By initiating a trade proposal, you acknowledge that the SendGlobe Protocol is a deterministic state machine. Settlement is triggered automatically upon consensus-backed verification of external events.

You agree that "Code is the Settlement"—once a condition is met, the protocol will execute without further human approval.

ASSET SAFETY

2. Non-Custodial Vaults.

SendGlobe provides infrastructure purely on a non-custodial basis. We do not, and will not at any time, take custody, possession, or control over your digital assets.

All funds are held in secure compute cells (canisters) where control remains exclusively with the agreed-upon state logic and your private keys.

REGULATORY MANDATE

3. Compliance Obligations.

The protocol utilizes on-chain OFAC/SDN compliance screening at every commit. SendGlobe does not use third-party paid screening vendors; the compliance engine operates fully on-chain using publicly available sanctions data.

You agree that SendGlobe may freeze or block any transaction involving a Principal ID listed on global sanctions watchlists (OFAC, UN, EU) as required by international law and the Genius Act 2025.

EVIDENCE INTEGRITY

4. Liability & Evidence.

SendGlobe facilitates resolution based on evidence submitted by transaction parties and, where integrated, verified third-party systems. Carrier API integrations (e.g., FedEx) and ERP connectors are on the implementation roadmap.

While the protocol utilizes replicated consensus to verify this data, SendGlobe is not liable for errors or delays originating within these third-party evidence sources.
